We always want you to be happy with your perfect prints and we always do our best to make that happen for you! We are still human, though! In very rare cases it is possible for mistakes to occur. In such an event, we are always happy to help solve the issue. Just shoot us a quick email with a description of the trouble, and a photo of the problem (if applicable) and we will work on getting things sorted out!
If you have an issue, within 15 days of receiving your package, you can get in touch with our customer service team with any issues, comments, or questions and we’ll gladly fix the situation. All of our products are guaranteed for one year against defects.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the packing slip you received in your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
